Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is out of stock or damaged during handling (not shipping), customers will receive a full refund.
Products cannot be returned once their shipping box has been opened*.
To receive a full refund, you must refuse the delivery of your order. Should you refuse delivery, please email [email protected] with your order number and "RETURN" in the subject line. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the refused shipment.
Exchanges are only available for merchandise, not trading cards. You will be credited the purchase price and shipping as store credit or receive a free shipping code, equivalent to the value of your original shipping cost.
*All packages dispatched by KBTCG are sealed with tamper-evident tape.
